DELIVERY

• there are no collections scheduled over bank holiday weekends

• all orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day

• once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders.

• please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  any parcels returned to sender due to invalid addresses may incur a charge, payable by the customer for a second shipment.

• please note, items ordered alongside pre-order items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available for dispatch.

• all domestic 1-2 day orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays.

Refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days time in original, undamaged packaging.
